Hilarious, isn't it? So, what I'm going to do is code my own CSS framework that looks like Windows XP. "Why?", you may ask, because I'm making a not-serious recreation of Windows XP. Will I use it for this page? Who knows! I might if this Windows 98 style grows old, and if the framework works without JavaScript, and I doubt I'll have this motivation to do that anytime soon lol.
